If only Blue Note Records had limited edition prints....

Found these, and others, over at an incredible Japanese website while researching images for the poet Major Jackson's favorite poetry covers. Click over and you'll find a treasure trove of Blue Note album covers, and others. Just an incredible resource. I'm dazzled, and longing for images big enough to frame.

Labels: if it's crumbling i love it more, photography, so damn fine

hi pheebs, i loved the images you posted here. Thanks so much for introducing me to the old Blue Note Record covers. i also have a new appreciation for the interior of Café Sushi (whether those are Blue Note or not I don't know, but they're nice - and very Murakami). glad you're posting again!
An old friend's wedding invitation was made in the spirit of the old Blue Note covers- it was soulful and full of love.
glad you like, ladies! xx p
